Quite a few if them are in the habitable zone. Quite a few of them are Earth like.
Next poor argument....
Then how come there's nothing living there? Seriously, how is it even possible that we are the only life in this unspeakable huge universe? There must be a designer.
How do you know that earth is the only planet with life on it? Fact is, that is extremely unlikely.
There are 200 billion galaxies, each with 100-200 billion stars. So far, astronomers have found planets everywhere they look. So, planets are ubiquitous in the universe.
Astronomers have also found amino acids in space, and water is plentiful in space.
What makes you believe that earth is the only planet with life? We haven't even explored the entire solar system yet, let alone other stars.
You'd believe if you just opened your heart" is a terrible argument for religion. It's basically saying, "If you bias yourself enough, you can convince yourself that this is true." If religion were true, people wouldn't need faith to believe it -- it would be supported by good evidence.
