Well... no. One of us could just be wrong.
Incidentally, it's not enough to disprove evoultion, even if you think you can - you still have to produce evidence in support of whatever alternative you wish to place in its stead. Bear in mind also that whatever alternative you may be proposing has to be at least as comprehensive as the existing model.
