I'll answer that pretending it was aimed at me, as I'm unsure. You know I disagree. You call your god "frost god" for a start, which I think is a helpful separation. You're determined to hold on to what you believe rather than listen to reason. I don't think you've changed from your indoctrinated days.
Did I tell you that you're going to hell? No.
You would no doubt agree that doing bad stuff detracts from your life. And that's the Jesus message minus all of the stuff that scares you senseless.
Frost god is your god, Fr0d0. Don't know why you think otherwise. I know you like to think I had belief in a different god, because you can't explain why, when doing everything you say one should in order to find your god, I didn't find your god. Truth is, you haven't found the Abrahamic god either and have made up your own. You and GC's inconsistencies with the bible with regards to hell, prove that.
If I were to create self aware beings knowing fully what they would do in their lifetimes, I sure wouldn't create a HELL for the majority of them to live in infinitely! That's not Love, that's sadistic. Therefore a truly loving god does not exist!
Dead wrong. The actions of a finite being measured against an infinite one are infinitesimal and therefore merit infinitesimal punishment.
I say again: No exceptions. Punishment should be equal to the crime, not in excess of it. As soon as the punishment is greater than the crime, the punisher is in the wrong.
Quote:The sin is against an infinite being (God) unforgiven infinitely, therefore the punishment is infinite.
