I base on maturity.

Boyfriend's actually 4 years younger than me. Men have presence. Boys might have enthusiasm, but they certainly don't have command. And that can be true as true at 40 as 14.

Currently single. Also hitting 30 this year. I've always liked guys a little older than me.

However, attitude is some thing I look for as well.
