Motion occurs when there is a continuous change in the relative position between two or more objects. God could create this un-moveable rock and then proceed to move everything else. The net effect is the unmovable rock has been moved.
If you really analyzed the question you posed you would soon realize it is nonsensical. It amounts to can God create a moveable /un-movable rock. But if you know this already and your intention is to just troll the bible thumpers, then I suggest asking "could God create a burrito so hot that even He himself could not eat it?"
