Learning is good! Learn about god beliefs, learn about other religions, learn about your OCD rituals and what triggers your anxiety, learn about science and art and culture and everything!
Whether you become an atheist as a result of your studies is almost beside the point, in the same way that debunking the existence of Big Foot or the Loch Ness monster when you study biology is beside the point. It may happen, it may not happen, but you'll certainly be better informed than you were before.
