So for people living in small houses or apartment complexes, would there be a need for rifles of any kind?
Also, when there are bans on certain types of weaponry, I'm all for grandfather clauses. I'm guessing the implementation of a registry would be the antithesis of that, right?
I'm still waiting on the reason to have a registry.

Guys, I don't think any of those are safe in an apartment; drywall won't do shit to stop those rounds - they won't fragment. Most defensive rounds will go right through multiple interior walls.
You have to use actual frangible bullets.
