There are a myriad of meditation.
You can meditate about a beautiful blonde
or you can meditate about a Christ or a Buddha
or like me you can meditate upon your inner
self.
Everybody meditate but the difference in
meditation can be dramatic as dramatic is the
difference between religion and spirituality.
