It's a fair point. The only counter I would offer is a matter of scale. To gauge whether or not certain fears are rational, we often look at how likely the scenario is.
A woman who worries about being raped is simply taking rational precautions about a very real possibility. A man who worries about being raped has issues with his own sexuality. This is because the statistics show 1 in 4 women will be raped in their lifetime (not accounting for how under-reported rape is as a crime). I haven't seen the stats on men but I'll go out on a limb and say it's much lower.
Is the reason they aren't concerned with it because of "how often does that really happen?" or is it because they don't think it's a problem when it does?
