This is my interpretation of the unforgivable sin. We are led to believe in God by the prompting of the Holy Spirit. A person who has been shown and understands the truth, yet refuses to believe has sinned against the Holy Spirit. As long as a person continues to ignore the call of the Spirit, he cannot be forgiven.

I'm going to hold you to that. I'm not seeking reconciliation. I say you and 'God' can go your way and those not seeking an eternal parent can get on with our adult lives.

As for the original post. I'm going to ask that titles of threads carry warnings or at least use hide quotes. Some of us have as severe reactions to seeing them as others do to seeing spiders. Yuck.
