Jesus did not ' correctly interpret' the Torah. No one has ever made a definitively correct interpretation of The Law which remains always open to question and constant reinterpretation. Not even the Messiah would make such a claim was he would be stoned for blasphemy,something of which Jesus and his disciples would have been acutely aware.
Sadly,you have the same flaw as apologist generally. IE You accept the and Torah as revealed truth and as history. I do not. To me they are just books of mythology. It is most unlikely the Jesus of the NT existed.
