I love the one "fucking" that didn't get bleeped.
I feel like this dealing with AT&T right now. I live sort of out in the country in a new subdivision, and I had HughesNet (which is the biggest ripoff ever) because none of the major companies was available at my house. The most mind numbingly frustrating thing was that they were available at the houses up the street, but not on my street. This is me sitting on my front porch: Those houses up the hill had U-Verse. They kept telling me I can't.
So I finally call and yell at someone, and they tell me they'll bring a DSL line down the hill. I'm down with that, I was paying $100 a month for only 15GB of data with HughesNet, 10mbps. I'll get 250GB at 3mbps for $30. I'll take the drop in speed. They tell me I'm all set to install on April 20th. The equipment comes in the mail. I cancel HughesNet before my bill hits on the 22nd. $320 cancellation fee. AT&T calls me on the 19th and says they are unable to complete the order. I have been stuck buying extra phone data and using my phone as a hotspot since. I call and yell, and get some exec in California that assures me that today, before 2:00pm, there will be a guy here to finish the install. Well, 3:30 rolls around, and the guy shows up (literally as I'm typing this) and tells me he's got to run the line down the hill, they never spliced the line correctly, maybe not today, etc.
TL: DR - I understand the guy in this video.

"There remain four irreducible objections to religious faith: that it wholly misrepresents the origins of man and the cosmos, that because of this original error it manages to combine the maximum servility with the maximum of solipsism, that it is both the result and the cause of dangerous sexual repression, and that it is ultimately grounded on wish-thinking." ~Christopher Hitchens, god is not Great
