Because, you know, my religion really has a hard on for kneeing government workers in the groin, and why would they want to trample on my first amendment rights by denying me that?
In all fairness according to the article they are not being religion specific right now. I personally don't mind the prayer bit as long as it is not force and they are open to different religions.
