Whatever you call it Vishnu/magic/God/Allah. There has to be something that was eternal and absolute. That thing is called God. Who created everything out of nothing.

And, if there was, why do we have to call it "god"?

How can there be something then if there was nothing.
I rem a basic physics law. Energy cannot be created or destroyed. Thus energy must be eternal.

Call it whatever u want. The thing that created everything is what we call GOD.
