Nah, it achieves some important goals.
1. It gets us talking about the subject and bringing information to people who might not be aware of it.
2. It continues to demonstrate what an absolute prick a certain member is.

Why? It's still better than forcing them to give birth to a kid they don't want.
I'm not saying don't provide them with abortion services. I'm simply saying we should find ways that may prevent them requiring one.
Some of the problems that have been identified that would help many women is comprehensive sex education, and easy access to contraception.
