In principle, the president could nominate Honey Boo Boo to be a Supreme Court Justice. If the Senate confirms....she would be a Supreme Court Justice.
Basic requirements be damned. You are equivocating a popular vote in a county infested with rednecks to a Presidential nomination supported by the advice and consent of the Senate.
Whether you are intentionally ignoring the difference or simply don't understand it, I can only conclude that you are a fucking dolt. Your argument is successful if this was your goal.
I would wager that the people of Mississippi are held in higher regard by the nation then the President or the Senate.
Also, you don't need to be a HS graduate, or have a law degree to be a judge in Massachusetts. I wouldn't be surprised if the requirements in Mississippi to be a judge are some of the more stringent ones in the nation.
