Yes I am with you there FreeTony. We are very lucky. At least when you go in the doctors give you exactly the treatment you NEED instead of giving you a range of options that your insurance says you can afford and asking you to choose.
It's not immoral to eat meat, abort a fetus or love someone of the same sex...I think that about covers it
