Yeah, so. I disagree with the guy. Five high level Taliban terrorists for one deserter. Sweet deal for the Taliban, not a good deal for us, unless Bergdahl has vital intel to share. I doubt that would be the case though. This whole outcry against the way Obama handled this mess isn't just coming from the Republicans. Democrats are speaking out too. Senator Dianne Frankenstein was not only against the swap, but she's also pissed that barack did the trade without even giving Congress the 30 day notice, as required by law, that he was going to do this.

Sen. Dianne Feinstein (D., Calif.), chairwoman of the Senate intelligence committee, confirmed Tuesday that she and other senior lawmakers first discussed the possibility of a prisoner swap with administration officials in 2011.

The White House apologized to Feinstein and to top committee Republican Saxby Chambliss....(for not giving Congress a thirty day notice as required by law).
