If my idea is just stupid then don't whine the next time a woman is killed in that area because she pissed off her male relatives by thinking that she was in charge of her own life.

Well, since it should be obvious to all that the current system hasn't worked very well maybe it's time for some radical action. Since it's the women's problem they need to take action if they want a better society.
