I think a game has to be at least exceptional and without major faults in every aspect to warrant such a score. Maybe it doesn't have to be perfect, but it better be damn near that if you're giving it such a score. Skyrim just isn't. If you want to be blind to Skyrim's issues then by all means go ahead, I can't be arsed arguing over this and justifying points that are already proven.
