Well you certainly seemed to be ignoring them, or at the very least had nothing to say to any of the issues. And let's be honest here, they're big fucking issues. We're not talking about a few little glitches, or minor points. Skyrim has big problems. Problems that have affected every single Elder Scrolls game.
If you don't know what they are then you kinda just prove my point. If you do, then how can you possibly say the game isn't overrated? I seriously don't understand.
Quote:and I just came here to rib you a bit, and don't give a fuck if you don't like the game as much as I do. You're the only one arguing about it - I'm only offering my opinion about how games get judged and whether or not *I* think it's an overrated game.
For someone who came in telling me to shut my mouth (which I understand was a 'ribbing' as I gave you fucking kudos), it certainly seemed like you wanted to have an argument about it. I'm more than happy to discuss it, I wouldn't of made this thread, I at least expect if you're going to disagree to explain why.
Quote: My enjoyment level out of it says it's not. Your equally subjective (because seriously, what game doesn't have flaws of some sort) opinion says it is. Fuck-a-doodle-doo for both of us.
Well you could of just said this in the first place.
I don't think I'm subjective. I think Mass Effect 2 and KotOR 1 are objectively 10/10 games. Red Dead Redemption is a 10/10 game. They do exist. Skyrim isn't one of them.
All I've tried to explain is why objectively Skyrim fails to meet a 10/10 score, no a game doesn't have to be perfect to get one, but a game as flawed as Skyrim simply doesn't deserve a 10/10. Anyone who says otherwise is talking out of their ass as far as I'm concerned, and if you fall into that category, then I'm sorry.
If you didn't want me to react with my opinion on the matter then you shouldn't of quoted me and chimed in with yours. Tit for tat darlin'.
