I wonder what part of the moon landing feat it is that they feel would have been insurmountable to the point that Nasa and the government would have had to resort to fakery? The same Saturn rockets went own for hundreds of launches, the basic capsule is only a little bit different than the type used by the Russians until recently. What do they doubt, the radio??
I think it's kinda like trying to debunk the flight at Kittyhawk, NC. To claim it was faked would mean nothing to the observed aviation technology boom that occurred at that time with the same men. The wrights went on to fly many more times, along with their assisting colleges, to deny the first flight merely makes their next flight the "first."
