Why sometimes I incline to Atheism and how I rationalize myself out of it.

When I finally admitted to myself I was an atheist, the relief that ensued was immense.

As a twelve-year-old boy, losing my faith was fearful. But once I realized that it was gone, the liberation was beautiful. I spent a few more years wasndering the irrational terrain of various systems of woo until I realized that they were all full of shit, but the first and best step was the willingness to confront my fears and acknowledge my skepticism.
