Why not ?

That verse said. . .

And give good news to those who believe and do good works
that they will have estates with rivers flowing beneath them
Every time they receive a provision of its fruit, they say:
"This is what we have been provisioned before,"
and they are given its likeness.
And there they will have pure mates
and in it they will abide.
(2:25)

So what is the issue ? It is in Paradise.

It's OK to have sex with your wives during Ramadan (at least after sunset). In fact you must "hold intercourse with them." All of them. It is your sacred Muslim duty. 2:187

Read again, it doesn't say like the article said about the verse.

"for you" is "plural". . and therefore the word is "women"

It has been made lawful for you during the night of fasting to approach your women sexually.
They are a garment for you and you are a garment for them.
God knows that you used to betray your souls so He has accepted your repentance, and forgiven you;
