There is a slew of verses in that vile comic book that treat women as filthy and blame women for what men do and treat them like SHIT, just like the bible does.

A woman is worth one-half a man. 2:282

The verse doesn't say like that.

Women's testimony are equal to that of a man or even supersedes as in the case of a wife testifying against her accusation of adultery, 24:6-10. See also, 65:2, 5:106 and 4:6.

However, the financial transactions and contract entered by "guardian" are the only situations where two women may substitute for one man as witness, ie. 2.282. This is to guard against the real possibility that one witness may marry the other witness, and thus cause her to be biased.

If the one who is borrowing is immature
or weak
or he cannot dictate himself,
then let his guardian dictate with justice;
and bring two witnesses from among your men;
if there are not two men,
then a man and two women from whom you will accept their testimony,
so that if one of them becomes blindsided,
then the one can remind the other.
2:282


So what is the problem?

In what way the Quran treat women as filthy and like shit?

Does the author know about the subject he wrote ?
