Does Heisenbergs uncertainty principle mean that there is an ultimate limit to human knowledge?

No. We can only know as much as our brain has space for. That is our current limit.

As for wether our knowledge is an accurate portrayal of existence, however: the uncertainty principle applies, as does subjectivity. If this is what you meant by 'knowledge'... then the answer would be yes.
