Uganda isn't hosting any world cups any time soon. Bottom line is, Russian policy is anti-gay and clearly against spreading information on being gay. It actively suppresses homosexuality and promotes a society that is discriminatory and intolerant of it. People need to stop making excuses and start calling out intolerance for what it is.
