How come? Anything in particular that you can recall? (Also, it's only the length of a short essay, if I remember correctly?)
The one I have is a collection of essays.
I think it was just too abstractly philosophical. I have a bit of a hard time with Dennet and Harris, too, for that reason, but I suspect it has to do with writing style and the circumstances surrounding my reading it: I was probably reading it before I went to bed at night so I'd fall asleep reading it and not remember what I read the next day...

I might give it another try after I whittle my book queue down (it's currently about 15 books long). I've banned myself from the bookstore until I get these damned things read, can't be buying no more! :p

^^-- YES!! Such a good book!! Not very big, either, a short read.

That was one of the first books I ever read on atheism when I was 16/17.
The very first book in the atheism realm I ever read was some book showing what a crock of shit creationism is.
I still have it but I can't remember the name. Something like "In the Beginning" but looking that up on amazon doesn't pull up the one I'm thinking of.
Teenaged X-Files obsession + Bermuda Triangle episode + Self-led school research project = Atheist.
