As others said, The God Delusion and God is Not Great by Dawkins and Hitchens, respectively, are good too.
Not such a fan of Nietzche myself but love Russel. Dennet and Hitchens I like. Dawkins on atheism can be overly strident, but he does make the case.
ANYTHING by Ehrman is good if you are interested in history, early christianity, or the bible.
If there is a god, I want to believe that there is a god. If there is not a god, I want to believe that there is no god.
