Lol. It's just one of the most top rated animes. Not for kids, in Japan it is 17+ (adults). And yeah the protagonist tries to use it to bring justice but ends up becoming a dictator and killing everyone who is an opposition.. There's lot of anime with disturbing real life content.

And that's not a villain power, it's an anti-hero, using the wrong mean to reach a good end
