Please don't even try to compare female and male circumcision. The first is removing the female equivalent to the cock altogether. It's an anti-pleasure act, permanent, and has never served any health purpose. The second is removing skin and does serve some hygienic purpose, though in a world of hot tap water, hardly one worth the pain and perhaps sensation loss.
That said, no, I don't think circumcision should be allowed on children of either sex. Nor should tattooing children, or donating one of their kidneys to someone else. That it's traditional and religious for some people doesn't change my mind about that.
--- A confession: This identifies me by both nationality and generation, but I'm not Jewish and I've never seen an uncircumcised penis except in pictures.

If there is a god, I want to believe that there is a god. If there is not a god, I want to believe that there is no god.
