The analogies don't really work when you're talking about an omnipotent being. It requires virtually zero effort for an omnipotent being to come along and say hello to everyone individually. For a human being to say hello to 7 billiob people takes a lot of effort and time.
Theist Logic goes like this:
1. God exists
2. Not everyone seems to believe God exists.
3. Therefore those that don't believe are either doing something wrong, or lying. (It could be that God is doing something wrong, but they ignore this)
They never even consider that maybe a God might not exist.
