The bible is clear that men are above women. That does not however, negate a woman's power when she is operating within her respective role. Women are given a specific role which men cannot fulfill and vice-versa. My wife, when in submission to me, is in a very high place of honor, which gives her great influence and authority. Don't ask me how it works - it just does
