Those "in Christ" living at that time WHO ARE READY get the same deal except they cheat death.
This event begins the countdown to the 2nd Coming, another rapture before Jesus appears (for those who die in Christ between the rapt and the 2nd Coming, when Jesus puts down all satanic authority and takes over.

I would never base the identity of the AC on a single event.
I could write a decent size book on him, I did a post here last year on "Clues for the identity of the antichrist" which went over like a rat sandwich.
He is usurping the position of president and will go "Forward" ( the political buzz-word he had for the last election- a communist slogan) to usurp the position of Messiah.
He is the final test of this age and the most important person since biblical times.
O is not yet empowered totally by Lucifer.
Just as Jesus was empowered at a point in time by the Holy Spirit, the False Messiah will be empowered at a point in time post rapt. by the unholy spirit.
