Something stastically significant (I've mentioned this before. Show me where believers -in whatever deity you want to use - have a longer life expectancy, are wealthier, have a lower rate of childhood cancer, have lower rates of blindness, paralysis, birth defects, etc... than non-believers). No "personal experiences", no coincidences, no unsupported arguments ("Something had to create us!"). Something documented that defies natural laws (a case where someone had a missing limb regenerate after praying to a particular deity, for example).
Those are rather atheistic/bone-headed parameters, considering that Jesus was killed by his accusers as a young poor man!
You should be checking for differences in how people of differing worldviews react to abuse and hardship or something reasonable like that.
