Yes, it basically requires certain belief. Moreover it the Christian belief that requires that variable. Kind of like a package deal of sorts
If a Christian doesn't share his/or beliefs, they'll be fine. No hell or seperation. I mean, most will quote Jesus when he says go and make disciples of all nations, but I personally believe that in our modern era, that applies best with new converts. Non-believers usually don't care, but from a Christian point of view they "should" care because they will go to hell. And most Christians make the mistake of forcing non-believers TO care.
