According to my faith, yes and no. Yes because the Bible, as everyone knows, is understood to Christians as being "God-breathed" or "God-inspired" and adequate for teaching, rebuking, etc. But on the other hand (and this is all Christian belief still) the magnificence of the universe and nature testify to the goodness and power of God so "we are without excuse". But this all coming for the New Testament, which is why I humorously answered yes and no.
