That is the degree of confidence I have that the Rapture is not years off.
Hmmm .. see, I would have said I'm the kind of person who tends to see every day the same. Not just during my life time, mind you, but going way back in the past and going eons forward into the future. Sure the sun goes red giant in the end but it looks like a good 5 billion years before that happens.
Not to say people will still be around to get crisped. But if we're not still around, it won't be the result of the rapture. It will be because of a particularly deadly flu or other disease, or a catastrophic impact to the planet or just because we kill ourselves off.
I don't think you get to say " I'm one of those people who consider every day the same."
