you are making fun of the moon splitting now which is still being researched by scientists and if in one day the scientists proved it. you will say no no its not mentioned in the Quran as many other things that was mentioned before and later the scienists discovered its right 
if you are really searching for the truth i think you will be searching in things approved by scientists.
NB: muhammed(pbuh) didnt split the moon he was told the time that the moon will split as a sign from god to the unbelievers in his time
