Having the number 1 to represent the events happening before the 1st hour the day begins makes no sense. It's all just self explanatory really.
I'm from England where we do use military time a lot, it's used on a lot of watches and in my workplace for example, but I don't blame you for not wanting to use it because I rarely use it.
It's not like I go round saying "It's 15.00" It's much easier just to say "It's 3 O clock".
And if anyone did tell me the time in military time I would just think "Tell me the proper time and stop tryin to be complicated"
And I admit that when I was very young and they began teaching is military time as opposed to AM, PM which I already knew I did think "What the fuck is this shit, I spent ages learning time now I have to learn this over complicated way of doing it aswell?"
Facepalm I know how it works. I get it. Oh my god. I'm not oblivious to how time works. I just...I just don't like it. The whole concept is so complicated and frustrating. It's not that I don't understand. I just don't understand why. Ya know?

I don't need it to be explained to me. My whole point was that in my own mind it makes more sense to see time as an exact location instead of a distance. My point is that when things make sense they hurt my brain and when I try to make sense of them I always end up with something that everyone else says is is too complicated. My question wasn't oh mighty intellectuals at AF please explain to me how time works. I get it honestly. I just wanted to know if I'm crazy. That's all. And if I am, are there other crazy people who are also crazy in the same way that I am?
I did read it, and you apparently do need it explained.
This seems the same as those who aren't comfortable with metric - it isn't what they learned when they were very young.
Facepalm to this too. I don't need it explained. I am not stupid. I'm perfectly capable of using and understanding military time. Your point would make sense, if my imaging system was something I had learned earlier that military time, but it's not. It's just a made up system in my mind that works and makes more sense to me.
