Walmart hurts small businesses but they help the consumer by offering a larger selection of products at substantially lower prices. Walmart and McDonald's increase the standard of living and we are better off that they exist.
Says who? The CEO? Of course they would say that. Try listening to the workers.
If those bullies shut down shop you could argue that it would hurt for a while, but if they were replaced with good wealth as a majority of business like COSTCO and Moo Cluck Moo, we could recover fine without them.
Any business that does not care about the lowest paid ability to make ends meet has no business being in business.
