It's just the death camps that are a problem... Fucking UN are a joke. North Korea has one of the best health care systems.

A healthcare system with the intention of health and not for profit is actually easy and not very expensive to pull off, however in the west in a for profit health care system it is not easy and does not result in overall health of a society. Keep in mind that North Korea probably doesn't have high consumption of for profit junk foods as well. (December 19, 2013 at 10:22 am)Napoléon Wrote: Sure the health care's great! That's part of what I meant when I said North Korea is good at manipulating their image. I remember reading a story from a missionary going to North Korea. One of the things they noticed was that their entire trip was extremely rigid. They had to go where their guide told them to go, they had to do it when they were told to do it and there was little to no deviation from already approved areas. And, of course, the outsiders stayed in the nice hotels and had good food and the streets were all clean with all the people unquestioningly happy. But th writer also said that he had a feeling that, had you left that already approved path and seen what was out there and talked to those people, you'd get a much less rosey picture out of things. So, I get the feeling they did something similar with the health care people. They came in to look around and they were guided to their best hospital, shown their best patients and given a pre-approved route to follow.... and if they had dared to deviate from that path, they would have seen a much uglier side to the North Korean healthcare system (and, of course, they wouldn't have been able to tell anyone since Kim Jung Un would kill them for that deviation).

Cuba has a decent health-care system as well.
So?
Kuusi palaa, ja on viimeinen kerta kun annan vaimoni laittaa jouluvalot!
A MAte of mine went to Cuba a couple of years back to learn salsa and Spanish but mainly to Fuck Cuban women and he said that Cuba has show hospitals in the main cities but most hospitals are shitholes
What good is having great health care if most of your people are starving?
Christian apologetics is the art of rolling a dog turd in sugar and selling it as a donut.
This seems more like it.
