No, he didn't. I daresay he never even acknowledged that they were a thing, and certainly, they never did anything except snipe far away, where most people weren't even aware they existed. 9/11 truthing wasn't a hundredth as mainstream as the birth certificate truthers were, nor was it motivated by a racial hatred for the target.
