It's a black shahada flag, I believe ("There is no god but Allah, and Mohammed is his messenger."), not an ISIS flag, but what's the difference? Hope it ends well. This is my home town. Gunman with 13 hostages. They picked a cafe opposite a television station for maxium media coverage (just like ISIS instructed them to do). Watch live feed here.
