Atheists now considered Terrorists?

Found this on my Facebook this morning. This is exactly the sort of thing that scares be about being open about my lack of faith.

Yeah, well, we already knew that Saudi Arabia isn't a shiny beacon of human rights. And Malaysia, hm, well. Also not on my to do list.

I start worrying when western democracies enact something like this. As I said before, where I live, religion or their absence is not an issue you have to deal with in your daily life. I can relate though if someone having to live in the deep south of the USA is scared of work related issues when found out to be an atheist.
