Maybe we can have a big party here when I retire. You bring the cookies. Do a big sleep over with pads and sleeping bags in the living room and out in the garden, plus the one guest room for some luck soul(s). We can hang in the hot tub, play some games and chat ourselves hoarse. It'll either be this summer or the one after that I retire. I'm a pretty decent cook.
