I'm guessing Kentucky had the good sense to be embarrassed about that ark.
Because, instead of giving Ken Hamm tax refund money that could literally not be more of a waste, Kentucky is making an investment in something important: state-wide fiber broadband.

The idea of Harlan County having faster average broadband speeds than Chicago or New York is kind of titillating.
