I'm a total sweets whore. My favorite thing for lunch is supermarket sushi and a slice of cake. I really really want to learn to make a sacher torte.
Christmas seems to be different every year for me, but it doesn't have that association with sweets. Yesterday french toast and bacon for breakfast, and a chain pizza for lunch/dinner.
Easter and Halloween are both very problematic for m in this regard, though. On Easter, I bought and ate a pack of 5 Peeps, and I thought I was going to die! I just got really jacked up on sugar, and very suddenly.
On Halloween, I often buy a huge back of a mix of Mounds, Kit Kats, Milk Duds, and various other things. 150 pieces, usually. And I know full well I will not get trick or treaters, but I get the bag anyway, pretending I expect otherwise. Put it in the freezer (really, really good that way), and consume it over a week or less.
Lately, I've been on a Swedish Fish kick.
