Why? You just have no understanding:

That would be more convincing if it was the same explanation from every Christian every time. But it's not. Not only are there different explanations of what the trinity is (and we've seen another one or two recently, which differed from yours) but some people claim that it cannot be understood. Yet each person who makes those claims insists that he or she has a solid grounding in Biblical understanding that we atheists seem to lack. It really doesn't help when the people who "truly understand" the Bible can't seem to agree on something as "simple" as the trinity.

I don't claim to have all the answers, I'm not sure anyone does. But I'm willing to share with you what I know or think I know.
