You better start paying her attention if you want to remain married because it sounds like she could be acting out to get a response from you. I know you said you're convinced that she's not cheating on you, but it would be foolish, IMO, of you to casually dismiss her going for a night out with a guy friend. I mean...do you know this guy at all? It could certainly be a friend. I'm married myself and I have friends that are girls. But then again, this guy might want to be more than a friend.
Anyway, that's my advice. It sounds like your marriage could become another statistic if you don't change something.
